Agility dog training is the key to a great sport

Dog agility training is specific training for the sport of dog agility. The sport requires the dog to properly direct their dogs through an obstacle course within a specified period. The sport began in the mid-1970s in Great Britain. It is often likened to jumping equestrian events. number of spectators has grown rapidly across England for the sport in Western Europe and North America. Because of the demand for flexibility dog> Training is also increased. In the U.S. there are now several organizations nationally recognized dog agility rules, policies, testing and competition events. These include:

Dog training teaches dog agility to negotiate a set of standards more or less structure. Each association has its own dog agilityrequirements of the barrier, but in reality they are A-frame, See-Saw, walk the dog, pipe tunnel or tunnels, collapsed tunnel, pause table, we hope that the jumps of the tape, and a series of jumps cross Weave Poles. Go through the barriers quickly is not sufficient to establish a competitive agility dog or win. There are many places that the dog should contact the course. Even so, touch or in contact with security points will cause an error in time contributes to time. The operators can issue commands likenecessary, but do not touch the dog or an obstacle course as well cause an error to be evaluated. The dog with the fewest faults and the fastest time wins the level / grade division of the competition. Well, the dogs really enjoy the agility of a process and this is easily seen by observing the dog's body language and behavior. Agility is designed to provide fun for everyone, especially dogs. Most dogs respond well to agility dog training, if done correctly.

Beforeperforming any dog agility training a dog must be trained to obey basic training. This means that the dog should come when called, be able to heel, sit, sit down and whoa on command. The dog must also be well socialized with people and other dogs as distractions that take place during a joint process. Also very important is that the dog or puppy should enjoy a game of pull and pull. Once these foundations are complete and true dog agility trainingcan begin.

Home dog agility training work begins by introducing the dog to a simple low obstacles. If possible this should be done without a leash and electronic training collars. Patience is the key to any dog training course and must be fun for the dog. How is the dog training will be introduced gradually to higher jumps and obstacles. During this phase of training dogstained fall prevention. Eventually the dog to get the coordination and confidence to negotiate over the barriers without spotter. A new language is learned by training the dog and the pace has accelerated. Many dogs love the challenge of the course and, of course, wants to increase his pace. Each dog must learn to make good contact with each contact point, or safety, especially in the up and down every obstacle. The dog will really need to moverapidly to keep pace with an agility dog trained how to negotiate the obstacles. Obviously, the formation of dog agility courses as really never ends and the challenges that are changing the training has to change.

There are few things more fun than watching a well-trained agility dog happy. Agility training for dogs, if done properly will provide entertainment to the audience and that will bring joy and pride for the owner of the dog and handler, too.
